Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Step-Down unit supporting an expanded PCU census
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care between ICU and general medical-surgical floors
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Document patient assessments, care delivery, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Arizona (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum 2 years of PCU / Progressive Care or Step-Down nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems in a hospital environment
