Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care across Med/Surg units including Vent, Ortho, and General Medical Surgical populations
Manage a patient ratio of 1:9 with PCA Tech support available on the unit
Utilize EPIC electronic health records system for documentation and patient management
Participate in weekend and holiday coverage as required
May be asked to float within Med/Surg units as needed

Required Qualifications

Active New York State RN License
BLS Certification required
COVID Vaccination required
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
EPIC experience required
Must be comfortable with a 1:9 nurse-to-patient ratio
Local candidates are welcome

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with ventilator-dependent patients
Orthopedic nursing experience
Prior travel or contract nursing experience
