Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate patient care
Maintain and present valid state or federal issued photo identification at the facility at all times

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Ability to work a Sunday through Friday day shift schedule
Must provide valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival and wear a visible photo badge throughout the assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior contract or travel therapy experience
Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and workflows
