Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Provide post-operative rehabilitation and therapeutic interventions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience with orthopedic post-operative patients required
- Must pass a drug screening with a negative result for nicotine/cotinine (facility is smoke-free; positive nicotine results without a valid prescription for a nicotine patch may result in contract cancellation)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Broad orthopedic and sports medicine clinical experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills in an outpatient environment
