Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients in a high-volume unit with an average daily census of 50
- Care for premature infants as part of a comprehensive Labor and Delivery team
- Collaborate with a large physician team in a Level 2 Trauma facility
- Maintain NRP Certification and apply neonatal resuscitation protocols as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification required
- Active driver's license required and must be included in submission packet
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- RNC (Registered Nurse Certified) Certification preferred
- Experience working with premature infants in a Labor and Delivery setting
- Prior experience in a Level 2 Trauma facility or high-census Labor and Delivery unit
