Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Montana or compact eligibility
• Current NBCOT certification
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, day shift
• Ability to fulfill an 8-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy role
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new clinical environments and workflows
