Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an Emergency Room setting within a small Critical Access Hospital
Manage care across multiple service lines including Inpatient, Swing Bed, and Observation Status
Support Outpatient therapy services as needed within the facility
Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities to effectively transition between varying patient care environments

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Prior Emergency Room experience required
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
PALS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
Experience working in a Critical Access or rural hospital setting
Comfort working in a high-variability environment with diverse patient populations and care settings
