Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:30 PM – 8:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' clinical conditions across all age groups, prioritizing and taking immediate action in serious or emergent situations
• Initiate appropriate emergency measures when a physician is not immediately available
• Operate and monitor specialized emergency care equipment including infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other therapeutic measures as prescribed, including those affecting hemodynamic and respiratory status
• Document patient observations, nursing interventions, therapeutic measures, and coordinated care activities
• Plan and coordinate care delivery, assign tasks to team members based on staff skills and patient care requirements, and assist in maintaining adequate supplies and a safe unit environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience (5 years preferred)
• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must meet pre-employment credentialing clearances including background check and drug screen
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 5 or more years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Experience managing patients across a broad acuity range, from minor injuries to trauma and critical care presentations
