Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and accurately record prescribed medications
• Perform clinical procedures including dressing changes, catheter insertion, and IV placement
• Adjust and operate specialized medical equipment; interpret and document measurements
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records throughout the shift

Required Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN license or valid compact license
• BLS certification – American Heart Association (AHA) required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Current skills checklist (within the last 12 months) pertinent to Medical Surgical specialty
• Two supervisory references completed within the last two years
• Local candidates (within 50 miles of the facility) are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with regional referral center or high-volume Medical Surgical environments
