Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting throughout the duration of the assignment
• Adapt to variable scheduling, as shift times and block scheduling are subject to change and are not guaranteed
• Participate in on-call rotation as required; call expectations to be discussed during the interview process
• Float to like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius as needed
• Comply with holiday work requirements, including willingness to work a minimum of 1–2 end-of-year holidays depending on assignment dates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room experience with at least one prior travel assignment, or 3 years of recent OR experience without prior travel
• Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid Compact (NLC-compliant) RN license — must be active and in hand at time of submission; pending licenses will not be accepted
• Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible — no exceptions
• All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application; RTO submitted after an offer is made will not be honored

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Transplant experience strongly preferred
• 3 or more years of recent OR experience preferred
• EPIC electronic health records experience preferred
