Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00–16:30) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to home health patients across Seaside, OR and surrounding areas
- Conduct patient visits in a 1:1 setting, with up to 6 patients visited per day and 30 productivity points as the standard
- Complete OASIS assessments as required for home health documentation
- Chart using EPIC Remote Client and Rover mobile application
- Manage daily scheduling with awareness of travel logistics; occasional daily drive radius of up to approximately 60 miles (60–90 minutes total drive time)
- Maintain reliable personal transportation for travel between patient homes
Required Qualifications
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license (compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
- OASIS experience required
- Primary series COVID-19 vaccination required
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Locals are accepted; candidates within a 50–75 mile radius of the facility are considered local
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC Remote Client for Home Health and Rover mobile application
- Familiarity with productivity-based scheduling in a home health environment
- Strong time management skills to efficiently navigate a geographically distributed caseload
