Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with individualized care plans
Deliver skilled physical therapy services across assigned caseload
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Wear a facility-issued photo badge and present valid state or federal-issued identification at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment
Minimum 35-hour weekly guarantee availability
Valid state or federal-issued photo identification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
Strong documentation and time management skills
