Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 5×8-hour shifts (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and treat an established caseload of pediatric rehabilitation patients in an outpatient setting
• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services Monday through Friday during daytime hours
• Document patient care and progress using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with the pediatric rehab team to ensure continuity of care across the existing patient caseload

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Ohio Physical Therapist license and registry — must be fully active at time of submission (cannot be in process)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of current, hands-on pediatric rehabilitation experience
• Ability to commit to a Monday–Friday, 5×8-hour schedule (4×10-hour shifts are not available)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing a high-volume outpatient pediatric caseload
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR documentation
• Consistent availability with minimal time-off requests during the contract period
