Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed | 1 Weekend Day Per Month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to patients on a 20-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Work with a primarily geriatric adult population, with common diagnoses including stroke and orthopedic conditions
• Maintain a patient ratio of 5:1, delivering goal-directed, functional rehabilitation interventions
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Epic EHR
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patient recovery and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• OTR certification required
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MS OTR) required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with an adult population
• Active and unrestricted OT licensure in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior hospital-based occupational therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience treating stroke and orthopedic patient populations
• Familiarity with Epic EHR
• Flexible, collaborative personality well-suited to a fast-paced rehab environment
