Key Responsibilities

• Perform both scrub and circulator roles across assigned surgical cases
• Support surgical procedures in orthopedic, bariatric, general, and plastics service lines
• Maintain a safe and sterile surgical environment in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes throughout the perioperative process
• Adhere to holiday scheduling requirements, including 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Operating Room setting
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Demonstrated ability to both scrub and circulate
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple surgical specialties including orthopedics, bariatrics, general surgery, and plastics
• Strong adaptability to varied surgical schedules and case types
