Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with facility protocols and state practice standards
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to support patient rehabilitation and functional goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Maintain valid state-issued or federal identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania
Current CPR/BLS certification
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required on site at all times
Ability to fulfill a 17-week contract commitment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into established clinical teams
