Registered Nurse (RN) – PACU

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 06:45–19:15 (3 days per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia care to patients in a PACU setting
- Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures
- Fulfill call requirements including 1st and 2nd call on both weekdays and weekends (averaging approximately 9 call shifts per 6-week period)
- Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety and continuity of care
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of current experience in an Acute PACU setting
- Active ACLS certification required
- Active BLS certification required
- Active PALS certification required
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with both adult and pediatric post-anesthesia care
- Comfort with on-call responsibilities in a fast-paced surgical environment
