Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | 12-Hour Day Shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 40-bed Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit with a 1:6 patient ratio
• Monitor and manage telemetry patients, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Meditech EHR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to other units as required based on staffing and census needs
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications, including ACLS and BLS

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (must be valid in Arkansas or through Nurse Licensure Compact)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of Med/Surg or Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Must live greater than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech EHR system
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac patient populations
• Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care setting
