Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within a Radiation Oncology setting
- Administer chemotherapy to oncology patients per established protocols
- Monitor and assess patient responses to treatment and intervene as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Must be available to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Oncology
- AHA BLS certification required
- AHA ACLS certification required
- Chemotherapy certification required
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a Radiation Oncology clinical environment
- Familiarity with oncology-specific patient assessment and care protocols
