Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients within scope of practice
• Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health records
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in an outpatient clinic setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, dress code (business casual), and scheduling requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina PT License or Multistate Compact PT License required at time of start
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; locals may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; RTO submitted after submission will not be accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient clinic experience strongly preferred
• Orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
