Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients using 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visit slots
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10–11 patients per day and roughly 50 patients per week
• Document clinical notes using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted scribe technology
• Collaborate with front desk staff and rehab aides to support efficient clinic operations
• Serve a diverse patient mix including commercial, Medicare, and workers' compensation populations

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Indiana or eligibility to obtain one
• Ability to work a structured 5x8 schedule across Monday through Friday
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open-concept outpatient clinic environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with NextGen or similar EMR/documentation platforms
• New graduates will be considered — no minimum years of experience required
