Key Responsibilities

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
Document services in compliance with applicable regulations and facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to support optimal outcomes
Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS or MA required)
Current state SLP license required
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility required
Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
