Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Monitor and document patient status, progress, and responses to treatment throughout the night shift
Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas or a compact license
Experience in a Medical Surgical setting
Current BLS certification required
Ability to work night shifts as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
