Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | On-site | Call rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in an active surgical unit performing orthopedic, general (robotic), urology, breast oncology, podiatry, and ENT procedures
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout surgical cases
• Operate and manage OR equipment in accordance with unit standards
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
• Participate in a call rotation covering weekday after-shift and weekend call (24-hour shifts on weekends for call cases only)
• Maintain current ACLS certification and adhere to all unit guidelines and dress code requirements (ceil blue scrubs)

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of OR/surgical nursing experience
• Ability and willingness to participate in on-call rotation (weekday and weekend)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR
• Background in orthopedic, urology, or oncology surgical settings
• Flexible, team-oriented personality with a collaborative approach to patient care
