Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment strategies

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of New Jersey
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or in progress
• Ability to commit to a 14-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting
• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
