Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to adult patients in an acute care setting
• Conduct Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) as a core component of patient evaluation
• Float between multiple facility locations as needed
• Participate in weekend rotation, approximately every third Saturday and Sunday

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility) in the state of California
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience with adult patients (1 year may be considered if acute care internship experience was completed)
• Proficiency in conducting Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)
• Ability to participate in weekend rotation and flexibility with holiday scheduling

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working across multiple care sites or floating between facilities
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills in an acute care environment
