Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or compact eligibility
Current BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Ability to work variable day and mid-shift coverage (11:00 AM – 11:30 PM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior Emergency Room nursing experience
Experience with high-acuity and trauma patients
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
