Travel RN – CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a cardiovascular operating room setting within a large acute care hospital
• Assist surgical teams during cardiovascular and vascular procedures, including open-heart surgeries
• Monitor patient status throughout perioperative phases and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced surgical environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume cardiovascular surgery program
• Familiarity with advanced cardiac surgical procedures and related instrumentation
• Prior travel nursing experience in a CVOR or perioperative setting
