Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Adhere to facility policies including a 14-day notice policy

Required Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license required
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required
Ability to start as soon as possible

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a travel or contract therapy role
Strong documentation and communication skills in a fast-paced care environment
