Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat adult patients presenting with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurological conditions
Manage an expected caseload of approximately 48 patients per week, with evaluation sessions ranging from 30–60 minutes
Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen system, supported by purpose-built AI documentation scribe technology
Collaborate with PEC, float, and aide support staff to deliver quality patient care
Maintain professional appearance in accordance with business casual or athletic wear dress code guidelines

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule including two late shifts per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
Experience treating orthopedic, sports medicine, or neurological patient populations
Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic documentation systems
Flexibility to occasionally float to a nearby clinic location as needed
