Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with an expected productivity of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic scheduling practice
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours
• May be required to float to other clinic locations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license — must hold a valid, unrestricted state license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates not eligible for this role)
• Ability to meet productivity expectations in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Willingness and ability to float to neighboring clinic locations if required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing high-volume caseloads with double-booking scheduling models
• Previous travel therapy experience is a plus, though first-time travelers are welcome to apply
