Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 36/48-hour alternating weekly schedule (3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next), with every other Friday–Sunday off

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during day shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Care for pediatric patients as part of the patient population — pediatric experience is required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for practice
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) — required at time of submission
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) — required at time of submission
• PALS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) — required at time of submission
• Pediatric nursing experience required
• Candidates should arrange independent housing prior to submission, as facility housing is not available at this time

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Experience managing a diverse patient population including both adult and pediatric patients
