Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
- Document patient information and care accurately using the Meditech electronic health records system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
- Adhere to unit floating policies as needed based on staffing requirements
- Maintain compliance with all facility dress code, attendance, and unit-specific guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of registered nursing experience, with 2+ years of Emergency Room specialty experience
- Active RN License required — temporary licenses will not be accepted
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- TNCC certification required
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech documentation system strongly preferred
- Familiarity with high-volume emergency department workflows
