Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services across both inpatient (swing bed) and outpatient settings as census and caseload demand
• Deliver outpatient therapy with a strong focus on manual therapy techniques and post-surgical rehabilitation
• Treat a diverse patient population ranging from high school-aged individuals to elderly patients
• Adapt to fluctuating inpatient swing bed census while maintaining outpatient caseload coverage
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Texas or eligibility to obtain
• Willingness and ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong manual therapy skills with outpatient orthopedic populations
• Experience with post-surgical rehabilitation protocols
• Comfort treating patients across a wide age range, including adolescents and geriatric patients
