Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage value analysis initiatives within the Surgical Services department
• Evaluate clinical products, supplies, and technologies to support cost-effective, evidence-based decision-making
• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to drive process improvements and standardization
• Support departmental goals through data analysis, reporting, and program oversight

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in clinical settings
• Background in Surgical Services or a related clinical discipline

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in value analysis, supply chain, or clinical resource management
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership
• Experience in a program or project management capacity within a healthcare environment
