Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in a hospital-based outpatient clinic setting
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Monitor and document patient progress toward established goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS/CPR certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an outpatient or hospital-based outpatient setting
Strong documentation and communication skills
