Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient hospital setting
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Monitor and document patient progress toward established goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Ability to work day shifts in an outpatient hospital environment
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an outpatient or hospital-based setting
Experience with a diverse patient population across various diagnoses
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
