Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific documentation requirements prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license (compact license accepted at start; permanent state license must be obtained promptly)
Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to meet contract QA credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel therapy experience
Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation
