Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services within a rehabilitation therapy setting
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery
Deliver therapeutic interventions in alignment with evidence-based practices
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to practice in Montana)
BLS/BCLS certification required
Experience in rehabilitation therapy
