Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- May be required to float to other units within the facility as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Kentucky
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
- Acute care experience preferred to meet facility expectations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an acute or long-term acute care (LTACH) setting
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration in a hospital environment
- Ability to adapt to floating assignments across units as needed
