Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Adhere to all credentialing, compliance, and documentation requirements prior to and throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license (compact license accepted at start, but permanent Nevada state licensure must be obtained promptly)
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
- Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the past year are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
- Strong documentation skills and ability to adapt to facility-specific EMR or documentation platforms
