Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to all credentialing, compliance, and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required; compact license accepted at start but permanent Nevada licensure must be obtained promptly
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Must meet all contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements before assignment begin date
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation protocols
• Strong documentation and time-management skills in a high-volume clinic environment
