Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Manage a patient caseload at a 1:5 therapist-to-patient ratio
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Net Solutions charting software
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (black scrubs) and all facility policies
• Maintain reliable personal transportation to ensure consistent attendance
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license (compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and/or Long Term Care (LTC) setting — first-time travelers not accepted
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Primary COVID-19 vaccination series plus one booster required
• Must have own reliable transportation
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Local candidates are welcome; candidates within a 50–75 mile radius are considered local and are accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Net Solutions electronic charting platform
• Experience working in a high-volume SNF or LTC environment
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling and holiday coverage
