Contract | Days | Four 10-hour days per week (Tuesdays off — non-negotiable due to department space and scheduling needs)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings, with the majority of the caseload being outpatient
• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses appropriate to the inpatient and outpatient populations
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required — candidates with a compact-eligible license will be considered; if an Oregon license is not yet held, application must be submitted immediately upon contract acceptance
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work a four 10-hour day schedule with Tuesdays off
• Please note: hours are not expected to be available during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pelvic floor therapy training or certification is a plus, though not required
• Experience in a combined inpatient and outpatient therapy setting
• Interest in long-term placement and professional growth within the department
