Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures according to protocols established by radiologists, exercising independent judgment without constant supervision
• Conduct imaging for both adult and pediatric patients, selecting and applying appropriate MRI scanning techniques for diagnosis
• Prepare and screen patients and objects prior to entry into the magnet room to ensure magnet safety
• Assume responsibility for the designated area and all procedures performed within it
• Operate equipment including Philips Ingenia 1.5T, Med Rad Spectris Solaris Injector, Omnicell, EPIC, and FUJI PACS
• May work independently at times; black scrubs required as dress code

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• MR (Magnetic Resonance) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• COVID-19 vaccination required; medical or religious exemption requests must be submitted for review and approval

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 5–7 years of MRI Technologist experience preferred
• Experience with Philips MRI systems and EPIC electronic health records
• Familiarity with PACS systems, specifically FUJI PACS
