Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient function and independence
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of New Hampshire
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility check-in
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
- Strong documentation and communication skills
