Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | 5 x 8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the medical team with discharge planning for inpatient acute care patients
  • Assess durable medical equipment (DME) needs for patients prior to discharge
  • Provide patient follow-up recommendations as part of the care team
  • Deliver occupational therapy services within an inpatient acute hospital setting

Required Qualifications

  • Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license required
  • Experience in inpatient acute hospital settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with DME assessment and recommendations
  • Familiarity with interdisciplinary discharge planning processes
