MRI Technologist – Travel Contract

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Weekend Call Rotation Required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures in an outpatient imaging center setting, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images and continuity of patient care
• Operate GE MRI equipment in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
• Participate in weekend call and callback rotation to support continuous coverage
• Document and manage patient information using the Meditech electronic health record system
• Collaborate with the imaging team to maintain full coverage and minimize service gaps during operational hours

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI Technologist experience
• Applicable MRI or Radiology certification/registry (e.g., ARRT – MRI)
• Ability to participate in weekend call and callback rotation
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech EHR
• Familiarity with GE MRI equipment
• 1–2 years of MRI-specific clinical experience in an acute care or outpatient imaging environment
