Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Onsite | Monday–Thursday 7:30/8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 7:30/8:00 AM until 40 hours are reached (shorter day) | On-call: 1 weekend per month; call-back minimum is 2 hours | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and develop individualized patient care plans in accordance with Physical Therapy standards of practice across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Provide therapy services across an inpatient and outpatient mix, including orthopedic post-operative cases (TKA, THA, TSA, etc.) and outpatient neurology
• Document patient care accurately to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements using Epic EMR
• Float to outpatient clinic location as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation, including one weekend per month
• Comply with all facility infection control policies, including masking requirements during flu season if vaccination is declined

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Michigan State Physical Therapy License required
• AHA or ARC BLS certification required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic post-operative patient populations (TKA, THA, TSA, etc.)
• Experience with outpatient neurology
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
• Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing census demands
