Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including documentation through facility-specific systems as part of the credentialing and onboarding process
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (Compact License accepted for WA and AK)
- Current and valid PT credentials meeting facility and contract requirements
- Willingness to complete facility-specific credentialing documentation prior to assignment start
- Candidates must not have worked at this facility as permanent or PRN staff within the past year; prior travel history at this facility may require additional eligibility review
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Familiarity with outpatient documentation and electronic medical record systems
- Experience as a travel or contract therapist
